काठमाडौं । मेडिलक व्यवसायी दुर्गा प्रसाईंसहित ३ जनाविरुद्ध संगठित रूपमा आपराधिक लाभ लिएको भन्दै अभियोग पत्र दर्ता भएको छ ।

भारतीय गुण्डा लरेन्स विश्नोइको नाममा नेपालका व्यवसायीलाई धम्क्याएर आपराधिक लाभ लिएको कसुरमा दुर्गा प्रसाईं, पाँचथरका हरिचन्द्र फुयाल र तेह्रथुम घर भएर बिर्तामोडका रामचन्द्र मैनालीलाई प्रतिवादी कायम गरिएको छ । रामचन्द्र मौनली भने फरार छन् ।

आज बुधबार काठमाडौं जिल्ला सरकारी वकिल कार्यालयका जिल्ला न्यायाधिवक्ता खडिन्द्र राज कटुवालले काठमाडौं जिल्ला अदालतमा अभियोगपत्र दायर गरेका हुन् ।

प्रहरीको केन्द्रीय अनुसन्धान ब्यूरोले फुयललाई भारतबाट पक्राउ गरेर ल्याएको थियो । उनले भारतमा बसेर नेपालका व्यवसायीलाई फोनमार्फत धम्क्याउने गरेको पाइएको छ ।
